Who can see your recipes. And who can change them.
Your recipes are your kitchen’s work. Here is how Tullia keeps each restaurant’s recipes to itself, what each person on your team can do, and what is kept every time you save.
Your recipes stay with your restaurant.Another restaurant can’t see them.
Every restaurant on Tullia has its own space. Its recipes are kept apart from every other restaurant’s.
When you sign in, Tullia knows which restaurant you belong to, and hands back only that restaurant’s records. The rule is built into the database that holds your recipes, not only into the screens. Someone signed in to one restaurant can’t read or change another restaurant’s recipes, ingredients or team.
Every kitchen starts from the same shared list of common ingredients, each with its Big 9. No restaurant can change that list for anyone else. The recipes you write, and the ingredients you add yourself, stay in your restaurant.

Who can do what.Chef, or Front of house.
Each person on your team gets one of two roles.
Chef is for the people who write and change recipes, by talking or typing to Tullia’s AI sous chef or by tapping a line. Front of house is for the people on the floor, like servers and hosts, who need to look things up.
Front of house never sees a button they can’t use. And the limit isn’t only on the screen: behind the scenes, Tullia turns down any change to recipes or ingredients sent from a Front of house sign-in.

Every save is kept. For the record.
Each time someone saves a dish, Tullia keeps it as a new version. The version before it stays in the database, ingredients and steps included.
- Earlier versions stayThere’s no history screen in the app. Earlier versions are kept behind the scenes, for the record.
- Who saved whatTullia records who saved each dish, and which allergen answers came from your team or from Tullia.
- Archived isn’t deletedAn archived dish waits in the Archived group on Menus until someone taps Bring back.
What this website collects.Only what you type into the form.
This website is separate from the Tullia app. Its demo request form asks for your email and your restaurant’s name, and, if you choose to add them, your name and how many locations you run.
We use it to reply to you. This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
What Tullia doesn’t do.Allergens are as your kitchen records them.
Tullia records the allergens of each ingredient as entered or picked, and works out each dish from them. That depends on accurate ingredient and supplier details, so your restaurant should confirm them.
- It doesn’t test foodIt records what your recipes and ingredients say. It never sees the plate.
- It isn’t always rightIts AI can get an allergen wrong. That’s why every dish passes your eyes on one sheet before it’s saved, and any answer can be changed with a tap.
- It doesn’t replace your allergen procedureIt puts the recorded answer in front of your whole team. Your procedure still applies.
